About the Role:

A family in central Zug is seeking an experienced and compassionate live-out Night Nanny to provide essential overnight childcare support for a family with a 4-week-old newborn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide overnight care and supervision for a 4-week-old baby
• Manage all nighttime feeding, diaper changes, and soothing of the infant
• Monitor baby's health, safety, and comfort throughout the night
• Maintain a calm, quiet environment conducive to sleep
• Respond promptly and professionally to the baby's needs
• Ensure the nursery is clean and well-organized
• Document the baby's overnight patterns and activities for parental communication
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety protocols

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive experience caring for newborns (essential)
• Understanding of newborn development, feeding, and sleep patterns
• Strong knowledge of infant safety and health best practices
• Ability to remain calm and attentive during overnight hours
• Reliability and punctuality
• Professional demeanour and excellent communication skills

• Patient, nurturing, and detail-oriented individual
• Flexible and adaptable to changing infant needs
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Non-smoker
